Recalde 802140. Nada más llegar a este local ya nos damos cuenta de que estamos ante un negocio diferenciado. Está situado en una de las zonas más céntricas del barrio y ocupa la esquina de la finca en la que se encuentra integrado. Su fachada está fabricada con piezas de mini cerámica componiendo distintos elementos de colores variados. La superficie acristalada incorpora doble cristal (6+6) de nido de abeja integrado en marcos de acero, lo cual confiere un aspecto sólido y seguro. La persiana se eleva de forma mecánica y las puertas son de apertura automática, y para acceder al interior debemos desconectar la alarma.Según entramos se encuentra situado un mostrador de recepción detrás del cual se ubican un espacioso baño y un pequeño almacén. A la derecha tenemos hasta diez sillones en la zona de peinado distribuidos a lo largo de los tres lados del establecimiento, con sus correspondientes espejos frontales y destacan en esta zona la presencia de dos elementos multifunción con brazos telescópicos para poderlos cambiar de posición. A la izquierda de la entrada están las sillas y elementos de lavado. En fondo contiguo a esta zona tenemos un pequeño almacén. Adosada al mostrador se inicia el ascenso por la escalera, que tras un descansillo continúa en sentido perpendicular. La escalera resulta cómoda de transitar y está perfectamente señalizada.Al acceder a la planta superior, a la derecha se ubica una cocina legalizada, que incorpora lavadora, secadora, microondas, y electrodoméstico de cocina, además de una mesa y tres sillas. En el fondo tenemos un armario que alberga el motor del sistema de aire acondicionado perfectamente ventilado. En esta planta tenemos un pasillo longitudinal que nos da acceso a las diferentes estancias de la zona de estética. Al comienzo, a la derecha se sitúa una estancia preparada para vestuarios. A continuación tenemos la zona de solárium que incorpora una cabina horizontal. En tercer lugar nos encontramos la zona de hidromasaje y sauna, con la correspondiente cabina. En el fondo a la derecha, la estancia acoge la sala de estética facial, con la correspondiente camilla y todo tipo de instrumental. En frente de ésta se encuentra la sala de estética corporal, que incorpora también camilla y el instrumental adecuado.El negocio se vende con toda la maquinaria y utensilios que incorpora, que se encuentran en perfecto estado de conservación y uso.
