Los materiales son de una gran calidad, tanto las maderas del suelo (tablón ancho de elondo) como la plaqueta de gres vitrificado (tanto en el interior como todo el exterior) igual al de Alhóndiga de Bilbao, las zonas empapeladas son de Gancedo Bilbao. El loft ha sido diseñado por el arquitecto García Quevedo (uno de los arquitectos del Teatro Arriaga de Bilbao).

Dispone de un baño con ducha y otro aseo habilitado para personas con movilidad reducida(por la parte comercial) pero se podría instalar ducha. Dispone de zona de descanso. Por supuesto los baños son de diseño, así como la cocina de Singular Kitchen. La calefacción es eléctrica con radiadores de diseño Climastar y tienen chimenea de pellets de refuerzo.

Afuera en la calle, por la parte derecha, limita con un parque de zonas verdes precioso. La parada del bus está a 10 metros, pudiendo llegar a Bilbao o zona playas en 15 m. El Aeropuerto de Loiu está a 5 km.
