En unos 5 minutos en coche a centro comercial \"La Zenia Boulevard\" y playas con arena fina y agua cristalina de Costa Blanca.Se ubica en una urbanización cerrada con cuatro piscinas comunitarias climatizadas para tener posibilidad de practicar natación todo el año y en el mismo momento los gastos de comunidad son económicos, solamente 400e al año.
