MIMA Properties bietet erstmals dieses weithin bekannte, voll ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Restaurant mit langer Tradition in Brena Alta zum Verkauf an. Alle notwendigen Konzessionen für den Betrieb sind vorhanden.Das Restaurant verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen. Das auf Straßenniveau gelegene Obergeschoss wartet mit einem geräumigen Bar- und Empfangsbereich auf. Von dort aus gelangt man auch in ein großzügiges, behindertengerechtes WC. Der in Edelstahl ausgeführte Küchenbereich gliedert sich in zwei weitere Räume. Die Bar öffnet sich zu einem traditionell eingerichteten Gastraum, der durch große, im kanarischen Stil gehaltene Kastenfenster viel Licht erhält. Zudem kann man von da aus die umliegende Gegend genießen. Eine Holztreppe führt in den unteren Gastbereich. Dieser liegt aufgrund der Hanglage des Gebäudes an einer Seitenstraße und erhält durch typisch kanarische, zweiflügelige Türen eine sehr gute Belichtung und Atmosphäre. Die Treppe führt zunächst in einen Durchgangsraum mit einigen Sitzplätzen und von dort in den Hauptraum, u.a. mit eingebauten Vitrinen. Zwei außenliegende Gäste-WC´s schließen das Raumangebot ab. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Vorratsraum, ferner eine schön eingewachsene Terrasse für kleinere Bewirtungen. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Restaurants ist ein großer Parkplatz (derzeit angemietet) mit zahlreichen Stellplätzen für Gäste vorhanden. Den oberen Gastraum ziert ein Holzdach, welches, wie der Fußboden und die nach unten führende Treppe, aus TEA gefertigt sind. Der untere Gastraum ist mit Keramikfliesen belegt. Dieses traditionelle Restaurant liegt gut erreichbar nur wenige Minuten von den Orten Brena Alta sowie Santa Cruz de La Palma entfernt. Auch die weithin bekannte Kirche La Virgen de Las Nieves liegt sehr nah.Hinweis: Mit einigen kleineren Umbauten lässt sich das Restaurant auch in ein großzügiges, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattetes Wohnhaus umwandeln.

A través de una escalera de madera bajamos a una pequeña habitación con algunas mesas y de ahí a un luminoso comedor por sus dos puertas dobles exteriores. La estructura del techo, la escalera y el piso de la planta alta son de TEA, el techo de teja canaria y el piso de la planta baja cerámico. Al lado derecho del local se encuentra un gran almacén que en un inicio era un garaje, al izquierdo una pequeña terraza, en la parte posterior 2 aseos y en el frente una amplia zona donde se pueden aparcar.El restaurante de estilo tradicional esta ubicado a unos minutos del centro de los municipios de Breña Alta y Santa Cruz de La Palma, y del Santuario de La Virgen de Las Nieves, Patrona de la isla de La Palma.Con pequeñas reformas, podría también convertirse en una vivienda muy cómoda con todo lo necesario..
