A charming rural hotel in the Murcia region. The hotel was created after the restoration of a 16th-century flour mill.
It is located in a bright villa and features a seasonal outdoor pool. It offers views of the Sierra de España mountain range. The hotel offers beautiful rooms and apartments, which also have a terrace, seating area, and kitchenette.~It enjoys a peaceful location and has its own flour mill.~Currently, there are 3 bedrooms in 1 house used by the current owners, in addition to 7 bedrooms for guests, as well as 3 apartments (1 with 2 bedrooms and 2 with 3 bedrooms each).
Additional Information:~• A stable, built during the new construction, is located on the ground floor on the west side of the building. It is partitioned and currently used for storage. A gym is planned for renovation.
• The hotel\'s 12m x 6m swimming pool, with its pump room, is located on the southwest side of the building.
• The hotel parking lot, with space for 12 vehicles, is located between the swimming pool and the east side of the property.
• The machine room and kitchen storage area, a small building situated between the mill\'s waterworks (on the west or rear side of the mill) and the hotel building, is divided into a kitchen storage area and a machine room housing the hot water equipment, a potable water storage tank, a water softener, and the hotel\'s water pressure system.
• There is also a restaurant.

Un charmant hôtel à la campagne, situé dans la région de Murcie. Aménagé dans un ancien moulin à farine du XVIe siècle restauré, il est installé dans une villa lumineuse et dispose d\'une piscine extérieure ouverte en saison. Il offre une vue imprenable sur la Sierra de España. L\'hôtel propose de belles chambres et appartements, chacun doté d\'une terrasse, d\'un coin salon et d\'une kitchenette.
Bénéficiant d\'un emplacement paisible, il possède son propre moulin à farine.
Actuellement, une maison de trois chambres est occupée par les propriétaires actuels, tandis que sept autres chambres sont réservées aux clients, ainsi que trois appartements (un de deux chambres et deux de trois chambres).
Informations complémentaires :
• Une écurie, construite lors de la rénovation, se situe au rez-de-chaussée, côté ouest du bâtiment. Elle est cloisonnée et sert actuellement d\'espace de stockage. L\'aménagement d\'une salle de sport est prévu.
• La piscine de l\'hôtel (12 m x 6 m), avec son local technique, se trouve au sud-ouest du bâtiment.
• Le parking de l\'hôtel, d\'une capacité de 12 places, se situe entre la piscine et la partie est de la propriété.
• Le local technique et la réserve de cuisine, un petit bâtiment situé entre la station de traitement des eaux du moulin (à l\'ouest, à l\'arrière du moulin) et le bâtiment principal de l\'hôtel, sont divisés en une réserve de cuisine et un local technique abritant le chauffe-eau, une cuve d\'eau potable, un adoucisseur d\'eau et le système de pression d\'eau de l\'hôtel.
• Un restaurant est également présent.

El hotel fue creado tras la restauración de un antiguo molino de harina del siglo XVI.~Se encuentra en una villa luminosa y cuenta con una piscina exterior de temporada. Ofrece vistas a la cordillera de la Sierra de España.
