The other two premises have no activity, but could be added and extended or given another activity.
The sale operation is carried out by the sum of the premises, furniture, machinery, kitchenware, crockery, the activity, the goodwill, web + social networks. And very important, the commitment of transition, formulas and training for two months.

Un prestigioso establecimiento, conocido internacionalmente que cuenta con una clientela fiel a la cita con sus helados durante todo el año.
El establecimiento cuenta con cuatro locales comerciales contiguos, Registralmente son cuatro fincas. Estando centrada la actividad en dos de ellos, el principal donde se encuentra el obrador, laboratorio, pequeño almacén, aseos, cafetería y expositores de helados. Y contiguo a este y comunicados entre si interiormente otro de los cuatro locales donde se divide en gran almacén y sala de mesas. Los otros dos locales no tienen actividad, susceptibles de sumar y ampliar o dar otra actividad.
La operación de venta se realiza por la suma de los locales, mobiliario, maquinaria, menaje, vajilla, la actividad, el fondo de comercio, web + redes sociales. Y muy importante, el compromiso de transición, formulas y formación durante dos meses.
