El local está en bruto y se localiza en la Urbanización Marina II, situada en el corazón de Punta del Moral a tan solo 100m del paseo marítimo, a 200 m de la playa y a 500m de la barriada de Punta del Moral, integrado en el Puerto Deportivo Marina Isla Canela y la zona comercial colindante.
Punta del Moral es un pequeño pueblo marinero del municipio de Ayamonte que ha sabido mantener su autenticidad, donde podrá encontrar restaurantes y chiringuitos especializados en arroces marineros y productos del mar, y un pequeño puerto pesquero en el extremo este de Isla Canela. Igualmente, hay empresas de distintos servicios turísticos y de ocio.
Ayamonte es una bonita ciudad junto al río Guadiana en la frontera con Portugal. Está ubicada en el punto más al suroeste de la provincia de Huelva a 50 km de su capital, Huelva, a 145 km del aeropuerto de Sevilla y a tan solo 60 km. del aeropuerto de Faro, en el cercano Algarve portugués. Al tener sus zonas turísticas alejadas del centro histórico de la ciudad, Ayamonte es una cuidad agradable para el visitante, pues ha conservado su identidad, ofreciendo diferentes actividades náuticas, deportivas y culturales, contando con dos puertos deportivos y dos campos de golf.
